Once a cigar factory for over seventy years, and closed since 2001, it is now reborn as the new Manifattura Tabacchi Firenze: a vibrant regeneration project that turns the site into a lively district of fashion, art, and design.

A new meeting place, open to everyone, connected to the world, destined to become the heart of Florentine contemporary creativity.

HOW THE PROJECT WAS BORN

Redevelopment of 100,000 m² of the former Manifattura Tabacchi through restoration, new constructions, and conversion into residential, cultural, and productive spaces. A sustainable intervention featuring NZEB standards, renewable energy, green areas, and pedestrian-friendly spaces.
